Attention Employers: Commission Disclosures From ARC

Recently, new rules and regulations were enacted by the Consolidated Appropriations Act with regards to the insurance industry, including a new rule that requires health insurance brokers to inform their employee benefit clients how they are compensated by the carriers. Though ARC Benefit Solutions does not typically charge our clients any fees for our services, we are most often compensated by the carriers that provide your insurance to you.
