Attention Employers: Remember to Register Your Group on the CMS Website!
Do you remember receiving information from your client relations advisor letting you know if your group plan was considered creditable or not creditable for Medicare Part D? Did you remember to register your group plan on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) website? If not, it’s not too late.
Registering your plan on the website is required so CMS knows if the group plan is creditable or not when Medicare eligibles who have postponed enrollment are ready to enroll—they will be able to look up the information on the website.
To register your plan, just click on the link below. You will need to fill in some information and submit the form. It only takes a few minutes and you only need to do this once a year.
