In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, many medical procedures and appointments that individuals had scheduled have been delayed or canceled over the last several months. With utilization rates lower than usual, some of our carrier partners are passing a premium credit onto their customers upcoming billing statements. Additionally, some carrier partners are also issuing a rate freeze for the next several months. Since the pandemic is an ongoing situation we anticipate other carriers to make announcements within the following few weeks. We will be monitoring the announcements closely as we work through this unprecedented time.
