Now that the fourth quarter and the holidays are over, it’s time to set your goals for 2023, including cleaning up your monthly invoices from your insurance carrier to make sure you are not being overcharged. How fun! Don’t worry, we’ve got your back.
If you have your monthly invoices on autopay, it’s easy for errors to slip through the cracks, especially with employee turnover and onboarding. For example, a termed employee could still be lingering on your monthly invoices, or maybe an employee or two was added sometime during the last few months and is not yet listed on the invoice. If you notice any discrepancies in your invoices, be sure to contact your client relations advisor so we can work with the insurance carrier to amend any errors as soon as possible.
